Hi Sue, I found it a little plasticy and the keyboard was a nightmare but by far te worst thing was battery lifespan :( Im on a HTC HD2 now which rocks because you can run both windows mobile and android on it.

Just sent my 2nd Pulse back to T.Mobile. 1st one had problems charging & holding the charge. Wouldn’t even last half a day. Useless. Replacement (brand new), stopped working after 2 weeks & wouldn’t switch on. Had original one since last December & until 2 months ago it was working perfect. Returned it to T.Mobile twice explaining about the battery life problem, however they returned it “repaired” with an updated software only! We’re hoping we can ask for a replacement phone altogether. Shame, because it’s a lovely phone.
